Horizontal flow dissolved air flotation machine is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment in the sewage treatment industry,and is the main equipment for sewage pretreatment.
The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved water,which is released into the water to be treated through a pressure regulator.The air dissolved in water is released from the water,forming tiny bubbles of 20-40um.These bubbles combine with suspended solids in the wastewater,making the suspended solids have a lower density than water and gradually floating to the surface to form floating debris.There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the floating slag into the sludge tank.Clear water enters the clean water tank from the bottom through the overflow channel.
